We use an OCI (Open Catalog Interface) to connect our IT with your e-procurement system. So there’s no need to adapt to suit us – we accommodate your system. Our quotations and invoices are transferred directly to your e-procurement system, where they can be released. You accept quotations directly in your system, and commission translation jobs without any roundabout routes. We complete the jobs immediately and without time lag.
Everything we do is hand in glove: commissioning, order confirmations and invoices are all handled without unnecessary intermediate steps directly in your in-house SAP system. That saves you time and money, especially in accounts and administration.
How it works
You send us a request through our system. Our quotation is transferred directly to your e-procurement system for approval. We then start work immediately on your project. Once we are finished, the invoice is dispatched automatically to your e-procurement system. You can initiate payment without any roundabout routes.
