Data security
SecuDoc is web-based and can be used by translators without installation. It prevents sensitive content from being downloaded or stored locally. Customer data remains in SecuDoc's secure environment.
With SecuDoc, our translators can view source texts but cannot download or save them. Data protection is important to us because we want to protect our customers from data misuse in the best possible way. We therefore consider it one of our most important tasks to protect customer data from misuse, falsification, loss and unauthorized access. We originally developed SecuDoc for insurance companies and health insurers, as they are subject to special data protection and security concepts.
With SecuDoc, our specialist translators can only view content to be translated as a PDF via our dashboard. You can then insert the translations in a second window. In both cases, it is not possible for the translators to download or save the content.
We always secure the transmission of texts to be translated via our dashboard with the latest encryption - after all, even a confidentiality agreement is useless for e-mail or correspondence if the data falls into the hands of unauthorized third parties. By the way: Our servers are located exclusively in Germany.
SecuDoc meets all the requirements of the European General Data Protection Regulation.
SecuDoc is regularly tested by neutral security companies.
No installations, maintenance or updates are necessary.

You only pay a few euros and a low basic fee, the costs are fairly adjusted to your current needs.
