Specialist translations: there is more than one

Most important question: For what purpose do you need the specialist translation? We offer services for different requirements in four requirement levels: Basic, Expert, Premium and machine translation with post-editing. Whichever of the four requirement levels you choose, there is always a professional at work. We select our translators according to strict criteria - only those who pass our three-stage selection process are allowed to translate for you. This means that only qualified specialist translators with several years of professional experience are used for you.

We work exclusively according to the native speaker principle. This means that all translators only translate into their native language. In this way, we guarantee the highest level of linguistic authenticity. We use modern CAT tools (Computer Aided Translation Tools) to ensure a consistent style of translation and compliance with your corporate language. We also continuously evaluate experienced specialist translators. In this way, we ensure consistent quality and optimize processes. Our system connects us with more than 4600 specialist translators for 53 languages worldwide, so we can find a qualified industry expert for even the most challenging translations.

Processes can be handled quickly and easily with the help of innovative technology: You can easily upload your translation jobs via your personal dashboard and then retrieve the finished translations from the same place. You can view the status of your translations live at any time.

You receive specialist translations in four levels of requirements

Two-eyes principle

Basic

A specialist translator translates. Not a machine, not a beginner. You will receive high-quality specialist translations within a short period of time. For once, the translator himself takes control here. A basic translation does not comply with standard 17100, as no revision is carried out.

Four-eyes principle

Expert

Four-eyes principle. Here, the reviser is added to the specialist translator. It checks completeness, spelling and grammar as well as the correct use of all terms in comparison with the source text. An Expert translation corresponds to ISO 17100.

Six-eyes principle

Premium

Six-eyes principle. For the business presentation, the company website or the invitation to the Annual General Meeting. Another pair of eyes - and the mind behind them - is involved here: the specialist editor. He is responsible for accuracy in technical language, corporate language and style and ensures that the message of the text reaches the target group exactly as it should. A premium translation complies with the ISO 17100 standard.

Man and machine

Translation with post-editing

Post-editing is the post-processing of a machine translation. The translation is compared with the source text in order to correct incorrect and incomplete translations. Post-editing is therefore always bilingual. A post-editor has the same qualifications as a translator. Translations of this requirement level comply with the ISO 18587 standard

Translations in the Expert and Premium requirement levels fulfill the ISO 17100 standard
Machine translations with post-editing comply with the ISO 18587 standard
