Remote interpreting
Remote interpreting (also known as remote interpreting, video interpreting or telephone interpreting) has become increasingly important in recent years. This allows language barriers to be overcome without the need for an interpreter to be physically present at the venue.

Video interpreting
With video interpreting, the interpreter is not on site but takes part via video conference. Unlike telephone interpreting (see below), the interpreter is visible to all participants in the conversation. Since the interpreter does not have to be on site, there are no travel costs and there is no need to make travel arrangements. However, a reliable Internet connection and the right technical equipment (including a high-quality headset, for example) are important.
Telephone interpreting
As a rule, the interpreter does not have to be on site for this either. He is connected via conference call with a telephone call. Since the technology usually makes it audible to all participants in the conversation, the consecutive interpreting method is indicated. The speaker pauses repeatedly to give the interpreter time to translate. Normally, a liaison interpreter serves both language directions. We are happy to arrange a separate interpreter for each target language. Even when interpreting texts for media such as radio or TV, the interpreter does not necessarily have to be on site.
