Once you have logged in for the first time, you can log in with your data at any time and from anywhere and view the progress of your translation. You also have access to your data, invoice overviews and previous orders, so you always have a complete overview.
You have access at all times via a secure web connection. The "https" in the address bar stands for an encrypted connection. Therefore, uploads and downloads as well as communication with your project managers are more secure than e-mails.
No installation is necessary for your individual customer dashboard, you need no software, no licenses, no training, nothing. It's even free of charge. If you wish, we can set it up when you place your first order and you simply save it as a bookmark in your browser.
