You have access at all times via a secure web connection. The "https" in the address bar stands for an encrypted connection. Therefore, uploads and downloads as well as communication with your project managers are more secure than e-mails.

No installation is necessary for your individual customer dashboard, you need no software, no licenses, no training, nothing. It's even free of charge. If you wish, we can set it up when you place your first order and you simply save it as a bookmark in your browser.

Functions of the dashboard

Automatic releases

Immediately after sending an order, you can release orders for other individual colleagues and even entire teams. Under "Settings", you can merge people into teams (e.g. marketing or purchasing). If you always share your orders with the same team, you can save this team as the "core team".

Customized according to your wishes

The dashboard can be customized according to your wishes. Is an extra order or BANF number required as a mandatory field in the request process for approval processes? Does your company have specific IT security requirements or password rules? Your Toptranslation dashboard is freely configurable company-wide.

Single sign-on

The Toptranslation platform offers companies numerous functions to simplify user administration. Your employees authenticate themselves directly from your intranet via single sign-on (e.g. with Active Directory via SAML). Additional access data and manual user administration in our system are no longer necessary.

Customized solutions for the protection of your data

In addition to our solutions such as SecuDoc, we also offer individual company settings for special requirements. For example, individual password rules, the deactivation of order approvals or even the encryption of clear names to prevent work monitoring by employees are possible.

User roles

Companies have the option of assigning individual user roles to their employees. For example, an accountant can access the company's invoices, but not the documents to be translated and so on.
