Translate strings in an agile way
Continuous Translation maps the text segments from all your systems centrally on one platform and reduces translation processes to just a few clicks. The tool was designed by our software developers. Their aim was to make translation management as simple as possible when developing applications.
We use our interface to establish connections to all relevant IT systems and projects (including software projects, online stores and websites).
The dashboard, which we set up individually for each user, provides an overview of all the text segments (strings) in your systems and projects. Through synchronization, i.e. automatic matching, it shows which text segments in different languages match and which are not up to date, missing or differ greatly in content (so-called inconsistencies).
The dashboard not only synchronizes texts in different projects, but also in different file formats.
All relevant text segments can then be edited in the team in an online editor using role and access rights. Translations can be requested with just a few clicks. Users decide for themselves whether they want to use their own translators or the Toptranslation platform. Finished texts are then transferred back into the respective system at the touch of a button and automatically inserted in the right place and in the right format.
