Careers at Toptranslation

With us, you can work on the move in Germany and other European countries. You also have the opportunity to work mainly from home.

Depending on your position, you can organize your working hours flexibly. All teams that have direct customer contact (e.g. project management) must of course be available at the times when most of our customers are working. We try to give every employee a little leeway.

We cover the cost of an hvv or Germany ticket.

Our Hamburg office is located directly in the city center and is easily accessible by public transport. The main train station and the Jungfernstieg and Mönckebergstraße stops are just a few minutes' walk away.

Overtime cannot always be avoided, but can be reduced in the same month. We record the overtime and discuss with the team leaders how we can achieve an even workload for all team members. In recent years, the number of overtime hours in all teams has been close to zero.

We provide each employee with their own laptop and, if required, a company cell phone. The laptops are replaced with newer devices every three years at the latest. Our system administration also ensures that you always have the latest software versions of MS Office and our CAT tools at your disposal.

We want to make your time at Toptranslation as pleasant as possible. Depending on the position, this includes standardized and individual training and the opportunity to get to know new colleagues before your first day at work.

All positions with us are part-time. This also includes management positions.

Depending on your individual personal and professional development, you can take on more responsibility within the team. For example, through additional tasks or as a team leader.

Every year, all employees from Hamburg and Seville get together either for the Christmas party or the summer party. There are also several smaller team events in the two cities. Last year, for example, the Hamburg team designed bottle gardens and the team in Seville solved exciting puzzles in the escape room. Here are a few impressions here.
