We are certified to ISO 18587, the international standard for post-editing machine translations. This standard specifies an internationally valid framework for the processing of machine translations by qualified post-editors, including project preparation, fixed production processes and post-processing. The ISO 18587 standard introduced in 2018 contains strict requirements:

  • Selection of post editors according to defined standards
  • defined processes before and after machine translation
  • each post-editor has a formal higher translation education (recognized university degree) or comparable education in another field with at least two years of documented experience or at least five years of documented professional experience
  • Requirements for the posted translation.
